Shed activities

Toowoomba City Men's Shed is one association with two well equipped sheds:- 127A James Street & 100 Glenvale Road.

We've been operating in the Toowoomba area for over three years.  New members are very welcome.

Members are on hand to give advice, support and a good laugh over a cuppa.  No stress.

Members do things at their own pace or not at all.  As part of team projects or on your own project, it's up to you.

We actively seek activities to assist the disadvantaged like, elderly, disabled, pensioners, refugees and low socio-economic families.  Furniture and toy repairs are our specialty along with cost-less lawn-mowing, gardening and errands.

Members also receive a monthly newsletter and have regular get-togethers. There's always something going on.

Unfortunately, to date, there are no facilities for access or skilled supervision for handicapped persons.  We are a "work in progress".

Toowoomba City Men's Shed does not provide workplace or injury rehabilitation or return-to-work services. But all enquiries are welcome.

We will not compete with any local business therefore members are advised against using our facilities for professional purposes.
