Common registration questions
During the registration process, I didn't receive an email to verify my account. What should I do next?
Try resending the verification email:
- If the page reports that "There is no account awaiting activation for....", you have entered the wrong email address at registration and will need to register again with the correct email address.
- If you complete this step successfully and still don't receive an email, OR the email that you receive is blank, please get in touch with The Shed Online team via the contact form.
