Some chocolate-eaters have lower BMI

Healthy people who exercise and eat chocolate regularly tend to have a lower body mass index than those who eat chocolate less often, a US study suggests. But experts point out that the effect could be easily erased by the high level of kilojoules and saturated fats associated with chocolate consumption.
