Improving your sleep habits
Good sleep habits will help you cope with many sleep problems and get a better night’s sleep. Many people are unaware of some of the bad sleep habits that they have until they stop to think about them.
Remember that any significant or ongoing sleep problems should be discussed with your GP.
Note how many of the ‘bad’ sleep habits you have done in the last week. Then consider how you might be able to change your routine to include more ‘good’ sleep habits.
